Application to Attend a Pipe Organ Encounter Advanced

STEP 1-a: All applicants MUST register online. Your registration is not complete until you submit the form and receive a confirmation email. IMPORTANT: If you indicate on the registration form that you are applying for a scholarship, please also notify the local POE Director of your need for a scholarship.

STEP 1-b:  Send an audition recording by submitting a CD through the postal mail (see address below and on the POEA brochure), or by sending a mp3 file, YouTube recording link, or Facebook recording link by email to this address.

STEP 2: Payment of registration fees is made directly to the POE host chapter. Please visit the POE’s website, or see the brochure on the POE-Advanced page for payment procedure for the POE you wish to attend. Your registration is not complete until the registration fee has been received and acknowledged by the POE host chapter.

● The entire application and payment process should be completed before POE event deadlines.
● Scholarship applications are accepted from January 15 – April 15.

All applications are subject to approval by the POE Committee hosting the event.

Submission deadline is June 1, 2020.

In the best interest for the safety and well-being of all, the Ann Arbor POE-Advanced has been canceled for 2020. However, it as been re-scheduled for July 11-16, 2021. The local POEA leaders will be in touch with those who have applied or sent registration fees for 2020, and the form for applying to attend in 2021 will open in the fall of 2020.
