If this is your first time logging in to the new AGO website, please read these
instructions:
AGO discontinued the ONCARD system on October 11, 2024. If you have not logged in
to your member profile since that date, you will need to set up a new password. Your
previous ONCARD username and password are no longer valid.
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS YOUR NEW USERNAME.
If you are certain of the email address on file in your membership record, please click
“Forgot password?” and then enter that email address in the box labeled username.
You will then be sent an email message with a link (that expires after 20 minutes) to
reset your password. Please note: The email address you enter must be able to receive
messages from [email protected], and you should check spam and junk folders for the
reset message, if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you do not receive an email, contact
AGO headquarters.
If you don’t remember the email address on file in your membership record, or if you
have changed emails from the one you were using in ONCARD, please contact AGO
headquarters at [email protected] or call 212-870-2310 (Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5
p.m. ET) for assistance.
