Guidelines for Regional Conventions
of the American Guild of Organists

The purpose of this committee is to work with the Regional Councillors and host chapters in facilitating the nine Regional Conventions which are held in odd-numbered years. This committee hosts an orientation session for the Regional Councillors and Regional Convention Coordinators in the fall three years before the convention is to take place, and continues to assist host chapters throughout the entire process of planning and holding the convention. The committee reviews and revises the Regional Convention Guidelines as necessary.
