Message from the Dean

Welcome to the Cumberland Valley Chapter website. We are happy to welcome new people at any time. Our membership covers a wide geographic area including a portion of Central Maryland, Western Maryland, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

We have meetings, workshops, master classes, and concerts that will interest people involved in church music.

The purpose of the American Guild of Organists is to promote the organ in its historic and evolving roles, to encourage excellence in the performance of organ and choral music, and to provide a forum for mutual support, inspiration, education, and certification of Guild members.
