Hotel Rooms Are Still Available

Rooms at the Westin Bonaventure are still available for our convention. If you call the 800 number for reservations and are told our block of rooms is filled, please be sure you have asked for rooms for the American Guild of Organists Convention, July 4-9. There appears to be a problem in the Westin central reservation system. You are not likely to encounter this problem if you call the hotel directly at 213.624.1000; ask for the Front Desk, and they will book your reservation at the convention rate. We offer a convention rate of $155 per night Single/Double Occupancy plus tax. This also includes for those wishing to book Triple Occupancy at an additional $25 per night plus tax. The hotel also offers a special deal "Children 18 years of age and younger stay FREE" providing they are staying with an adult.

The Bonaventure is a participant in both the Starwood Preferred Guest and Starwood Preferred Planner programs.

SuperShuttle Discount Coupons

SuperShuttle has provided our convention with $1 OFF discount coupons that can be used between The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites and major airports in the Los Angeles area, including LAX. These are double coupons – one for arrival, and one for departure. Directions for using SuperShuttle when arriving in Los Angeles are printed on the coupon. When using SuperShuttle to go to the airport, an advance reservation is required.

These coupons are valid July 1-12 to accommodate those who will arrive early or stay on after the convention (the convention dates are July 4-9).

One double coupon will be mailed to you with your convention schedule. If you will have traveling companions, you can print additional coupons for them from a PDF file by clicking here. Photocopies are not accepted.
